Because our products are consumable and wellness results are gradual, our policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with how the product actually works. Our MetaBoost Drops are consumable wellness products. For health and safety reasons:
We cannot accept returns of opened or partially used consumable products.
Please do not send any product back to us without contacting our support team first.
If there is an issue with your order (for example, damaged, defective or incorrect items), please see the “Damages & issues” section below – we’re here to help.
If you placed an order by mistake or need to make a change, please email us at support@metaboost.com as soon as possible after placing your order.
If your order is still unfulfilled in our system, we can usually cancel it and issue a full refund, or help you correct the order (for example, address changes).
Once your order has been prepared for shipment or marked as fulfilled/handed over to the carrier, we’re no longer able to cancel or modify it. At that point, our standard policy for consumable products applies (no returns once shipped and/or opened).
Subscription renewals placed by mistake If a subscription renewal went through by mistake, the same rule applies:
If the renewal order is still unfulfilled, we can cancel and refund it in full.
If the renewal order has already been fulfilled, it is treated as a normal shipped order and is no longer eligible for cancellation.
Please check your order when it arrives and let us know promptly if anything looks wrong.
If your MetaBoost Drops or packaging appear damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@metaboost.com so our team can review the case and help find the best solution.
Claims relating to damage or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Resolutions (such as a replacement or refund) are provided at our discretion, based on the information and evidence provided.
Our MetaBoost Drops are designed to support libido, mood, and energy with consistent daily use, and many customers see the best results over about two months. Because of this, we offer a results-based Satisfaction Promise:
We ask that you use the product consistently for at least two full monthly deliveries.
If, after receiving your second order and using the product as directed, you feel it’s not a good fit for you, contact us at support@metaboost.com and our team will review your case.
If your request is approved, we’ll refund your most recent order under this Satisfaction Promise.
Once a refund is approved, we will:
Process the refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Send you an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you still haven’t received it, please contact us at support@metaboost.com.
